At The Thoughtful Fold, we carefully handcraft each card before shipping it to you. All orders are shipped via USPS within the United States.

Each order is typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Handmade items require a little extra care, so during busy periods processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery:
We ship using USPS First Class Mail for smaller orders and USPS Priority Mail for larger or expedited orders.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically:
First Class Mail: 2–5 business days
Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
Packaging & Care:
Cards are carefully packaged to prevent bending or damage during shipping.
Because all items are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are normal and are part of what makes each card unique.
International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in USPS care.
